Folkrace rules.

1. Definition

In the allotted time, the robot needs to drive as many laps as possible on a closed obstacle track. Several robots participate in the race at the same time.
2. Conditions
2.1. During the technical verification, the robot performs a qualification run. The robot must complete one full lap of the track with time control. The lap must be completed within 2 minutes. A robot that cannot do this is not allowed to compete..

2.2. Competitions consist of 3 rounds (races), each round lasts 3 minutes.

2.3. The direction of movement of the robots is determined by the judge of the track.

2.4. Robots are located on the starting position of the track parallel to each other and the walls of the track. The distance between the robots and the walls of the track is at least 5 cm;

2.5. The robot can start moving 5 seconds after the referee’s command;
- the robot who made a false start gets -1 point and a warning
- in the case of a false start, the robot will be disqualified
2.6. Points are awarded for completing one lap. The starting and ending point of the circle is the starting line:
- 1 point is awarded for passing a circle in the right direction.
- 1 point is deducted for passing the circle in the wrong direction
2.7. If the robot interferes with the passage of the route by the other participants within 15 seconds, the judge has the right to remove the interfering robot and return it to the same place in 10 seconds.

2.8. If the robot is stuck and does not interfere with the passage of the route by the other robots, a member of the team that owns the robot has the right to:
- leave the robot in the state it's stay
- set the robot on the starting line, with the loss of 1 point
2.9. If there are robots that have scored the same number of points, then an additional round is held between them, in which the robot who has passed the first round wins in the shortest time.

2.10. During race time, it is prohibited to interfere with the operation of the robot using wireless devices. When not following the rules, enters into force 8.p., Appendix 1 of tournament regulations
3. Field
3.1. The field is a ring road with obstacles.

3.2. The field is limited to white walls with a height of 12 ± 1 cm

3.3. Field width 100-120 cm

3.4. Track color is black

3.5. There may be additional obstacles on the track:
- slides (angle not more than 25 degrees)
- grooves (no more than 2 cm)
- protrusions from the walls;
- moving objects (ball)
- and other.
4. Robot requirements
4.1. The maximum size of the robot is 15x20 cm. The height is not limited.

4.2. Maximum weight 1 kg

4.3. Restriction on structural elements:
- LEGO category - LEGO-made and LEGO-compliant components. In the design of the robot it is allowed to use only modules, motors and sensors included in the designer version NXT and EV3;
- Free construction - no restrictions, if not contradict clause 13. Appendix 1, the general rules of the competition.
4.4.Robots are prohibited from:
- actively interfere with the passage of the route by other participants
- intention to harm other members.
- change size
- use other robots to move.
4.5. Participants have the right to operative constructive change of the robot between rounds (including repair, replacement of batteries, choice of program, etc.) if the changes made do not contradict the requirements for the design of the robot and do not violate the competition regulations. 5. Procedure of competition

Before the competition, registration and technical verification of the robot takes place. During the competition, following the instructions of the judge, the participant sets the robot to the starting position. After judge signal, participants can turn on the robots and run the program. Before the start of the race, participants must leave the course area. The start, the continuation and the end of the check-in takes place at the judge's command
